Can I modify my cart before buying?

Yes. In the cart view, you can update the quantity by typing a new number in the “Quantity” field, or remove an item entirely by clicking the “Remove” link at the bottom of the listing. The total cost will update automatically as you make changes.

How do I finalize my purchase?

Once your cart is ready, you can proceed through our website checkout by clicking the green “Checkout” button on the right. Alternatively, you may select the PayPal button for a faster transaction.

What information is required?

You will be prompted to provide your email address, name, and delivery address on our Customer Information page. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate to avoid delivery delays.

How do I use a promo code?

On the Customer Information page, enter your code into the “Discount” field on the upper right and click “Apply”. Ensure the new total is reflected in the breakdown before finishing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our small team supports a variety of secure payment options, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Apple Pay and PayPal.

Section 3: Managing Your Order

How will I know my order went through?

Immediately after clicking “Complete Order,” an on-screen summary will appear. You will also receive a confirmation email containing your unique Order Number and purchase details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we move quickly to process orders, amendments or cancellations are only permitted on or before 11:00 PM (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order was placed. Please email us at service@lasstoys.com to request these changes.

What if my package contains the wrong items?

If an item is missing or incorrect, please email service@lasstoys.com with your Order Number and a clear photo of what you received (file size under 1MB). We will ship the correct item at no extra cost. As a gesture of goodwill from our small team, you may keep the incorrectly sent item as a gift.

How do I initiate a return?
