Our curated essentials are dispatched directly from specialized production partners and fulfillment hubs. This streamlined approach allows our small team to:

2. Damage Claims & Transit Protection
We stand behind every item we ship.
- Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives in poor condition, please email a photograph to service@lasstoys.com within 72 hours of delivery. Our team will review the claim and organize a replacement.
- Loss in Transit: If a carrier officially confirms your package is lost, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no extra cost to you.
3. Regional Delivery Estimates
Because our small team fulfills orders through global partners to save you money, transit times are categorized by destination:

- Standard Flat Rate: We offer a flat shipping fee of $5.99 on all orders.
- Free Delivery: All orders exceeding $49 automatically qualify for free shipping.
5. Real-Time Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your items leave the fulfillment hub.
- Please allow approximately 1 business day for tracking updates to appear after the label has been generated.
- If your information does not update immediately, rest assured your household gear is securely in transit.
6. Rapid Processing & Order Modifications
As a nimble startup, we begin processing orders almost immediately.
- 12-Hour Window: If you need to cancel an order or modify a shipping address, you must contact service@lasstoys.com within 12 hours of placement.
- Once an order enters the processing stage, we are unable to make further changes.
7. International Duties & Customs
Orders delivered outside our primary logistics hubs are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
- Any local taxes, import duties, or customs fees assessed by your regional authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Lasstoys is not responsible for transit delays caused by regional customs clearance procedures.
