At Lasstoys, we take a personal interest in every order that leaves our studio to ensure it brings joy to your home. If something isn't quite right, our team is here to help you navigate the return process with transparency and care.

1. Order Adjustments & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is straightforward:

  • Before Shipping: You may request a cancellation at any time before your item has been produced or shipped to receive a full refund.
  • After Shipping: Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, we are no longer able to cancel it. At this stage, the standard return process will apply.

2. Our 60-Day Return Window

If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to request a return within 60 days of receiving the product. To ensure a smooth return, please note the following requirements:

  • Item Condition: To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and kept in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete any return request.
  • Where to Send: Please do not send your items back to the original manufacturer. Reach out to our team at service@lasstoys.com to receive the correct return address for our studio.

3. Transparent Shipping & Fees

We believe in honest pricing without hidden "restocking" surprises:

  • One-Time Shipping: Customers will be charged a maximum of one shipping fee (which includes the cost of the return).
  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge consumers any restocking fees for the return of a product.

4. The Refund Process

Once your returned item reaches our small team, we will handle it with care:

  • Inspection: We will inspect the item and send you an email notification confirming we have received it.
  • Approval: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.
  • Payment: Approved refunds are processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (credit card or original payment source) within a few business days.

5. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn't appeared yet, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Bank Account: Double-check your bank statement once more.
  2. Card Provider: Contact your credit card company; it often takes time for a refund to be officially posted to your account.
  3. Financial Institution: Contact your bank, as there is often a specific processing window before a refund is visible.
